Plaza Place moves into vertical construction

Tower crane installation marks a key step as the project begins to take shape above ground.

Plaza Place has reached a key construction milestone, with the tower crane now installed on site, signalling the start of vertical construction.

With early works now complete, the project is moving into a more visible phase of delivery, as the building begins to rise within the Carseldine Village precinct. The installation of the tower crane marks a clear shift on site, setting the framework for structure to progress above ground.

Positioned to service the full building footprint, the crane will support the movement of materials, coordination of trades and sequencing of structural works as construction advances. Its installation has been carefully planned to align with program and site conditions, setting the project up for an efficient transition into the structure phase.

As construction moves above ground, Plaza Place will begin to take shape, establishing its presence within the precinct and bringing the project into view. Each stage of structure will build on the last, gradually defining the scale and form of the development.

The milestone also reinforces the strong early response to Plaza Place, with construction progress now providing a clear signal of delivery. As the building emerges, confidence continues to build among buyers and stakeholders.

Delivered by Deluca Corporation for Fingerprint Property, Plaza Place will deliver 70 apartments designed for contemporary Brisbane living. The project has been designed by Architectus with a focus on practical layouts, natural ventilation and well-considered shared spaces.

Reaching this stage reflects continued momentum on site and a clear path forward, as Plaza Place progresses through the next phase of construction.

The project sits within the Carseldine Village precinct, master planned by Economic Development Queensland, and contributes to a broader vision for a connected, mixed-use community. Landscape design by Urbis supports the integration of shared outdoor spaces and the connection between the building and its surrounding environment.

Reaching this stage reflects continued momentum on site and a clear path forward as Plaza Place progresses through the next phase of construction.
