Nic De Luca is the founder and owner of Deluca and is still passionately involved in the direction of the group, nurturing the culture and ensuring the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Since establishing Deluca in 1993, Nic’s vision has inspired the quality and ethos that has been the foundation of Deluca’s growth into one of Queensland’s most successful construction, development and asset management groups.

In his role as Managing Director, Nic De Luca is in constant communication with the development, investment, and construction divisions, sharing his insights and taking a close interest in how every project and development evolves.

Nic’s unwavering values of trustworthiness, loyalty, honesty, and integrity have built the company’s enduring reputation and cemented relationships with major brands and developers across Australia.
