Plaza Place moves into vertical construction

Ben De Luca has launched Fingerprint Property, marking a significant milestone for the Deluca Group following recent media recognition by Courier Mail. As the son of Managing Director Nic De Luca, Ben represents the next generation of the business, building on more than 30 years of experience delivering complex projects across South-East Queensland.
Fingerprint represents a deliberate expansion of Deluca’s development capability into the apartment market. The brand has been established to focus on residential outcomes, with an emphasis on liveability, design quality and long-term value, building on the group’s extensive construction and development expertise.
Fingerprint’s first project, Plaza Place, is a $65 million apartment development within the Carseldine Village precinct and is being delivered by Deluca Corporation. The project has received strong early market interest, achieving $10 million in sales within its first week of release.
Plaza Place will deliver 70 two-bedroom apartments designed for contemporary Brisbane living. The design prioritises generous, functional layouts, shaded balconies, natural ventilation and shared rooftop spaces that support everyday living and connection. Sustainability is embedded throughout the project, with a targeted 6-Leaf EnviroDevelopment certification, EV-ready basement parking, and water and energy efficient measures.
The project forms part of Deluca’s broader delivery at Carseldine Village, alongside The Village retail, medical and lifestyle hub. Together, these projects reflect Deluca’s integrated approach to precinct delivery, long-term value and community outcomes.
Commenting on the launch, Ben De Luca said the establishment of Fingerprint was a natural progression for the business.
“We’ve drawn on my family’s three decades of experience, but I wanted to take a fresh approach to apartment development – one that puts buyers first and focuses on every aspect of how people will live in their new homes” – Ben De Luca.
The launch of Fingerprint and Plaza Place represents the next chapter for Deluca, strengthening the group’s residential capability while maintaining the delivery standards and values the business is known for.
