Majority of Tenants Signed for Retail Precinct at Carseldine Village

Deluca Corporation is delighted to announce that over 75 percent of net lettable area in the Village retail precinct at Carseldine Village has now been committed by leading national and local operators.

This milestone confirms strong demand for an on-trend retail destination that brings essential services, health and wellness, everyday shopping and dining together in one convenient location.

Sustainability & Jobs

Construction of the Village will create around 65 full-time equivalent roles during the build phase, with a further 140 ongoing positions once the precinct is operational. The development looks to represent Australian excellence in better, healthier and more responsible buildings. The design incorporates energy-efficient LED lighting, passive-solar orientation, maximised natural daylight and lush landscaped communal areas—features that will both reduce operating costs and minimise environmental impact.

 

Project Timeline

 

Stage 1: Village Retail Precinct – completion due Q1 2026.
Stage 2: First Residential Building (70 apartments) – launching in 2025.
Stage 3: Second Residential Building – commencement following Stage 2 completion.

 

Upon completion, Carseldine Village will blend modern living, retail and community spaces into a
cohesive, sustainable neighbourhood hub for Brisbane’s north.
