Deluca Reaches 30 year Milestone

Thirty years ago, Deluca began with a simple vision and a small team. Today, that vision continues to grow stronger. From the beginning, people have been at the heart of everything we do. Our clients, collaborators and dedicated team members have all helped shape our story. This milestone is a moment to pause, reflect on the values that have guided us and recognise the many hands and minds who have helped build the Deluca legacy. We are proud of what we have created together and excited for what lies ahead.

Deluca Corporation began in 1994 with a clear vision from our founder, Nic De Luca. The goal was to create a company built on trust, strong relationships and quality outcomes. What started as a hands-on construction business has grown into a fully integrated property group with capabilities across development, construction and asset management.

From our early projects across South East Queensland, we have evolved alongside the communities we help shape while staying true to what matters most: delivering quality outcomes and building trusted relationships.

Over the years, our projects have ranged from precincts such as Metroplex on Gateway, Da Vinci Business Park, Edgewater and East Park Bulimba to our longstanding partnership with Bunnings, where we have delivered multiple stores across the region. We have worked with many well known names such as Toyota, McDonalds and Starbucks, and have delivered impactful developments including Robina and Berrinba Central. Expanding into growing regions like Plainland, we continue to support the creation of communities where people live, work and connect.

As our work continues to evolve, so too does our responsibility to the people and places we help shape. For us, success is not measured by scale alone, but by the trust we earn and the legacy we leave behind.
