The Village at Carseldine Officially Opens
The Village at Carseldine is now officially open, delivering a new retail, health, wellness and lifestyle precinct for Carseldine Village and Brisbane’s northside.
The $20 million vision for the site began with Deluca’s delivery of a 7-Eleven service station and Starbucks outlet, successfully establishing the precinct as a convenient and well-connected destination for the local community. These early stages laid the foundation for the industrial component that has now been realised through BIZ185.
The final stage introduces nine contemporary office, warehouse, and storage units ranging from 100 m² to 494 m². Designed with flexibility and functionality in mind, the units feature high-quality finishes, generous ceiling heights, and abundant natural light to create modern workspaces that support productivity and growth.
The precinct’s prime location on the corner of Toombul Road and Holland Street offers benefits of increased connectivity within the Australia TradeCoast region. Additionally, its proximity to Brisbane Airport, the Gateway Motorway, Port of Brisbane, and the Airport Link Tunnel ensures businesses are well placed to service both local and regional markets.
