From sourcing development sites, designing unique developments and delivering quality projects our Development Team comprises of Development Managers and
Acquisitions/Leasing specialists to deliver projects while collaborating with our in house Design, Property Management, Construction , Marketing and Finance teams on all Deluca Development projects.
Development
The Deluca Development team review, analyse and deliver Deluca’s own development’s in the retail, commercial, industrial and residential sectors. The team diligently manages the development process from the conception stage, through to sales or leasing and completion.
Our experience dealing with regulatory bodies and consultants across multiple projects has enabled us to build strong alliances with experts across many fields. In turn, we have used these relationships to build high quality consultant teams for each project.
We pride ourselves on accurate and frequent financial and project reporting and maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders involved.
