This multi-use development was a JV with Wright Private Capital to create a high quality community facility with strong tenants.  Excellent planning and communication simplified a highly complex project and the resulting centre features Aldi, Ampol, Guzman y Gomez, Starbucks and others.

Scope: 2,624m2  complex with 1780m2 supermarket, state-of-the art medical centre and fast-food outlets.

Notable factors:  Creating two new access points from busy roads required the relocation of all major services. Managed COVID-related labour shortages and material cost increases without compromising the intent. Created five separate tenancies with different design, materials and construction techniques.
