In this fast-growing area west of Ipswich, Plainland is requiring extensive new facilities to service the expanding residential population. This multi-use development provides large format retail, allied health, a swim school, and food outlets with multinational tenants.

Notable factors: Liaison with surrounding businesses, and with council for associated road widening. Value engineering during the tender process. All developer, tenant and authority requirements were met efficiently allowing fast occupancy and successful operations.
