This Deluca JV development with Wright Private Capital  is capturing all the potential of the Berrinba site with a 34,830m² mixed use development including fast food, fuel, retail, allied health, swim school, childcare, commercial services, gym, food and drink.

Notable factors: Developer, tenant and authority requirements met. Before the start of each stage, tenancy options were reviewed based on site capacity. All the completed stages are tenanted. Operations of preceding stages are protected while new stages are constructed.
