Scope: Design and construct two large format retail tenancies

Notable factors: Consultation with council and neighbours. Explored tenants’ fit-out requirements so the client could make better decisions on rental rates and fit-out contributions. Resolved significant power connection delays reducing the overall generator power needs. Completed five weeks ahead of schedule.
