Scope: Design and construct two large format retail tenancies

Notable factors: Working adjacent a live retail centre allowing traffic to transverse the site. Consultation with council and adjoining stakeholders to ensure centres continual operation. Explored tenants’ fit-out requirements allowing the client to make informed decisions on rental rates and fit-out contributions. Resolved significant power connection delays reducing the overall generator power needs. Completed five weeks ahead of schedule.
