Scope:  21,650.34 m2 bulky retail goods, car parking and access road

Notable factors: Non-negotiable opening date met despite extensive inclement weather delays. Late racking plan changes resulting in rapid design and construction sequence changes to maintain the delivery program for store opening. 85% of building waste diverted from landfill.
