General Manager - Construction
Jeremy leads a team of Project Managers in his role as Construction Manager for De Luca, bringing his vast knowledge of the construction industry to his role.

As General Manager of Construction at De Luca Corporation Jeremy is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations, new business, construction and administration functions to ensure high quality outcomes.

Jeremy draws on his 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has been exposed to all aspects of construction including projects all over Queensland and Western Australia, and understands the logistics and skills required to manage multiple teams for a successful outcome.

A focus on comprehensive people management, their performance and oversight responsibilities for estimating, safety, P&L, client relations, growth, commercial optimisation and workforce management has been a driving factor in Jeremy’s success within the business. Further to this Jeremy invests his time in our people and in the development of the relevant future leaders by collaborating with his peers across the business.
