Parkwood Retail

Parkwood is a retail centre comprising of 5 tenancies. The site was acquired from Stockland in 2007 and built and developed by De Luca. The project initially commenced without any pre-commitment from tenants, requiring De Luca to be flexible with building design to accommodate different types of retailers. Through careful planning and design, future tenant requirements are able to be easily accommodated.
