Kidz Magic Heathwood

Kidz Magic Heathwood is an early learning centre with capacity for 75 children, and adjoins another De Luca development – the Parkwood Retail Centre.  This centre is De Luca’s first foray into owning and running an early learning business, alongside our normal scope of developing and building this wonderful new addition to the Heathwood community. Design and quality were an important consideration of this project, with experienced architects and operators engaged to work with the De Luca team to ensure this project is a commercial success. The final result is a testament to the planning and commitment of everyone involved, with Kidz Magic Heathwood experiencing close to 100% occupancy since it’s opening.

Benefits
