North Lakes Primewest Stage 1

Construction of the North Lakes Primewest large format retail complex is the first of three stages in the North Lakes Primewest development catchment area in Brisbane’s Northside. Consisting of nine tenancies over 10,339 m2, major retailers occupying the space include Pillow Talk, The Good Guys, Super A-Mart, Petstock and Baby Bunting, with more to follow.

Spread across a construction time of just 29 weeks, De Luca worked with the client to deliver:

• Tailored tenancies to retailers specifications, with variations completed within original timeframes
• Collaboration with retail tenancies to allow fit-out to commence as soon as possible
• An expedited delivery time, three weeks ahead of practical completion

De Luca is proud to be part of the development of the Primewest acquisition, which according to Stockland is the largest single commercial land sale in the North Lakes precinct. The three stages in the Primewest development catchment will add 28,000 m2 of large format retail to the town’s existing retail offering.
