De Luca worked closely with Energex to extend their existing depot premises at Raceview, giving a much needed fit-out upgrade to the existing office space alongside a newly constructed office building to extend office space further.

As the Energex building was a live working environment, and busy hub to Energex personnel in the area, the De Luca Construction Team was required to work alongside Energex to deliver the refurbishment and fit-out. To cater for the live environment, the new office extension building was constructed first and foremost, fitted out with meeting rooms, furniture, amenities and fixtures.

Employees were then moved to the new office extension whilst the old building was refurbished with many of the same features – meeting rooms, amenities, and office furniture.

Safety is paramount to all Energex projects and as such De Luca worked within tight security parameters and within all safety guidelines to perform work duties throughout the project. The works also included a brand new car park facility for the Depot, as well as all concreting works to the driveway and pathways throughout the depot.
