Campus Business Park is a master planned and integrated commercial, industrial and retail development. The 4Ha site was acquired by De Luca in 2006 and subdivided into a 7 lot, gated community titled estate on which the following buildings were built:

• Campus Tech Park 1: comprising of 12 high tech office and warehouse units
• Surgical Equipment Supplies: a 1500 m2 office and warehouse building
• Campus Tech Park 2: comprising of 8 high tech office and warehouse units with an attached café
• Queensland Health Shared Services Building: a 3200 m2 5 star, green commercial building
• SGI Australia Community Centre: a 1200 m2 building complete with state-of-the-art acoustically sound auditorium and amenities
