Mediquip

Mediquip is a design and construction project located in Meadowbrook within the conveniently located Campus Technology Park precinct. Mediquip sells medical equipment to its customers throughout Australia and came to De Luca in search for a showroom, office and warehouse space to operate from in Brisbane.

In addition to a showroom, De Luca worked to recreate two ‘surgery operating rooms’ for doctors to visit and engage with the products Mediquip onsold. De Luca worked to recreate these two rooms to a high standard of finish within the warehouse environment whilst maintaining the practical use of the warehouse as originally intended.

Surgical Equipment Supplies (SES)

De Luca were selected to complete a turn key facility warehouse, office and showroom design and construction project for SES, following the recommendation from Medquip. The project included defining the design brief for the company and completing the fit for purpose construction project within the Campus Technology Park precinct.
The project derived from SES representatives visiting Mediquip as one of their major customers, and resulted in a collaborative partnership with De Luca for yet another specially designed medical office and warehouse construction.
